PIR ( Polisocyanurate) Sandwich Panel
Polisocyanurate (PIR) insulation panels have excellent thermal conductivity, do not support the growth of fungi, are resistant to moisture ingress, and are CFC-Free. PIR Panels are extremely lightweight and are accepted worldwide as the best fire rated solution for insulated panel construction. What is PIR foam? To sum it all, PIR foam is an improved type of Polyurethane (PUR) foam.
A different set of catalysts are used in the production of PIR foam as compared with PUR foam. The proportion of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) is greater and a polyester-derived polyol is used in reaction instead of a polyether polyol. This reaction is achieved at higher temperatures which creates strong Isocyanurate linkages in the molecular structure. These linkages are much strong than the normal linkages in the PUR foam , much more difficult to brake, hence making PIR Foam chemically more stable

Sandwich panel as a modern product with various cores and of various thickness combined with specialized polyester protective coating FarmCoat has been designed in particular for use on roofs and walls of livestock facilities (e.g. pig, hen, cow houses) and other agricultural facilities (e.g. barns, stores, mushroom farms).
Specialized FarmCoat coating providing resistance to ammonia, urine and fertilizers may extend the building life twice and thus reduce cost of its use.
